An EDC Favorite with a Brand-New Copper Body
Our third version of the Drop AAA flashlight, this model features a hefty copper body that will develop a natural patina over time. About the size of a tube of chapstick, it pumps out up to 110 lumens and casts a beam as far as 154 feet. The titanium button allows you to cycle from moonlight mode (great for not disrupting others in tight spaces) to medium mode to high mode. Perhaps best of all, it runs on a single AAA battery for a whopping 36 hours on the lowest setting. At checkout, you’ll have your choice between the CREE XP-G3 LED, which casts a brighter white beam, and the brand-new Nichia 219C LED. Based on community preferences from the last run, the Nichia 219C LED is more efficient and approximately 6 percent brighter than the Nichia 219B, with only a modest amount of warmth lost.
Additional Features
The flashlight’s copper body features knurling for grip in slippery conditions. And if you do happen to drop it in the water, not to worry: It’s IPX-8 waterproof and 1.5-meter impact resistant. Attach it to your belt or pocket, reverse the clip and put it on the bill of a cap, or remove the clip altogether and slide the light into a pocket. The stainless steel clip is a nice color complement to the glistening orange body. It also stands on its tail to shed low light in a whole room.

I use the flash light

I use the flash light every day it fits in my coin pocket I work in maintenance for the school department I do a lot of repairs on locks in doors you would be surprised how many times a day you have to use it

Love every about this light.

Love every about this light. Its visually stunning feels good. Like the option of clipping on hat. If you dont need a ton of lumins but just want a easy operating everyday day light. I have a dozen lights this is one of my favs.

Very nice look and feel, great for dog walks at night

The low beam on the Cree bulb is good enough for several dozen after-dark dog walks, with a high beam mode good enough to see into the dark shadows when making sure your not coming up on a bear or something (we have bears, min lions, and bobcats here). A big plus is that it is button operated and not a “twist to turn on” design like my Relic Ti rechargeable.

It easily clips to my baseball cap, although I worry the thick hat brim will eventually bend out and weaken the clip. An extra clip in the box with the flashlight would be nice, since it’s removable and could get lost. It does come with two extra o-ring gaskets to help it stay water resistant.

The small keychain ring that comes with it is pretty thin and flimsy, so I’m going to buy a better one at the hardware store. But otherwise it’s a great value!

Great value and nice spread

Great value and nice spread on the light. Looking forward to how it’ll look months from now.

The MKM Mikro is my smallest blade by far and fits better in my 5th pocket than most of my folders. Magnet/leather is holding firmly and it’s so light it’ll be part of my summer carry for certain.

Kaviso might not have the selection of some other sites, but the selection that is there is just the best and I’m saving time not spending hours skimming through thousands of products. Price was untouchable too. Well done.

I am 70yrs old and

I am 70yrs old and have been carrying a Drop light for 5 years, with arthritis
and the need for extra light many times a day, these are perfect. I carry in my left front pocket always. I have used it to help people many times in dark situations. I ordered the copper just because and an aluminum as spares.
I hope to get another titanium if I can find them. Great light never a problem.
