The Otter is a real pocket phantom – this thing weighs under 3 ounces thanks in large part to the helium-esque silver or copper infused carbon fiber scales. Made in house by QSP, this spin on common carbon fiber gives the Otter a dressed up, modern, and spaced out appearance.
