Well, a looker? It is for sure. But to my delighted surprise, it’s also a wonderful, thin-behind-the-edge cutting tool, despite having a blade stock on the thicker side. Would I recommend it? Night and day. It cost me almost 600 euros overall. Worth every penny.

This knife is tremendous! It is a snappy flipper executed in a gorgeous design! Although it has the appearance of a gentleman's knife it is built tough enough to get whatever EDC task is called for from a blade of this size. The steel is one of my favorites. The knife feels great in the hand and it rides in a manner so that you will forget that it is in your pocket.

You can't say anything bad about it. Would be nice if they came out with a 3.6 in. You get a 13-in thick blade the handle is only .4 in wide covered in G10 so you don't have to have snail trails on your titanium handles and The flipper works great especially for its minimalist size. When this knife is on sale it is definitely hands down the best deal around

I have other QSP Penguins. This one has a feel and action far superior to those. Skiff bushings put it over the top but the detent and feel are so refined. Chef's kiss!

Beautiful craftsmanship. Action is superb as you would expect from a Brian Nadeau creation. Puts a smile on your face just to look at.

This has to be the blade of the year. It’s just perfect in every way. And the blue they used is amazing.

Been looking for this item for some time, but hoping to get it on sale. Kaviso had a Christmas sale that I just missed. Kaviso still honored the sale price. The Shelter was just what I needed. I car camp and wanted I little privacy to stand up and change clothes. This perfectly fits that need.

The fit and finish is excellent love the knife

Kaviso and Reate did a good job here. It is much cheaper than I usually see Reate done knives for, without sacrificing the quality. Has good fit and finish, great detent, and a nice blade grind that feels very capable of tackling any knife related task. The belt satin in it is beautiful.

If the design speaks to you I would say it’s worth it.
