Perfect way to store a heavy electric bike up, and out of the way.

For my full suspension mountain bike with a 2.5 Maxxis DHF up front, I purchased the XL clug. I have another clug for my road bike that fits perfectly, so I was a little concerned when the large knobby tire slid in with little effort. I believe that as the clug size increases, the plastic becomes more flexible and does not provide the same gratifying thunk when the tire is inserted. My concern was unnecessary. The tire is secure, and I believe it will remain in place as long as the pressure remains above 10 psi.

This was a simple solution for bike storage in a small bedroom. I used t he included drywall anchors to identify where I needed to drill small holes. With a hammer, I tapped the drywall anchors into place. Then, using a phillips head screwdriver, insert the screws. It secures the bike.

My roommate and I needed a way to store our various bicycles without taking up too much space in our apartment or drilling holes in the walls. I bought three of these CLUGs and put one on each painted baseboard trim panel. The trim was then attached to the wall with CommandStrips (very solid hold). When it's time to relocate, the CommandStrips will release without damaging the paint, allowing me to transport my fancy little racks to their new location. The CLUGs also perform as expected. Over the last six months, I've had one bike crash because the front tire had a leak and went flat. You'll be alright if you keep your tires aired.

These are incredible. I have two mountain bikes, and I used to store them in the corner of my dining room, along with all of my other belongings. I eventually became dissatisfied with the appearance. It was time for a change, so I decided to purchase myself two of them after seeing them highlighted on YouTube by Seth's Bike Hacks. The setup was straightforward. I followed the directions and went to my local hardware store to purchase the appropriate drill bit size. Then it was only a matter of putting it all together! My tires fit tightly into the CLUG, so I don't have to worry about them slipping out and the bikes dropping on the floor. Overall, they're incredible!

This item was simple to put together and suited its purpose well. It does not, however, secure the bike as well as I would like. When choosing a size for your bike, be cautious. This is the second one I've bought, and the sizing is crucial for it to operate.

I moved into a tiny apartment and I was sick of staring at my bike in my kitchen, which was parked next to my refrigerator. I'd heard about this device for a long time and eventually decided to get one. It saves me some floor space. The reason I didn't give it a 5 is because it looks like the wheel might spin out of the clip if the handlebars are turned, but since I don't plan on riding my bike against the wall, so I don't believe that will be an issue for me.

I fastened it to a board and used four huge picture frame hanging Velcro command strips to tape the board to the wall. It's been two days and it's still working. If something goes wrong, I'll let you know. (FYI, the clug company no longer recommends using tape.) Update: It's still doing well 6 months later!
