For the first time, the Mini Tempest will feature a flipper tab option similar to other SBD models like the Typhoon, while also staying true to it’s roots via the front flipper original. As always, SBD impresses. This was my first time using Kaviso, everything went perfectly.
Its the smoothest knife i have ever owned, amazing knife so gorgeous as well
Although the price hurts, this knife is sick nar. The action is so smooth and crisp. The detent on the flipper is much heavier than the one on the front flipper. If you want to reverse flick get the FF clip point. I originally purchased the regular flipper in the drop point and the detent to was too heavy to reverse flick and the fuller is shorter than on the clip point. I had a quality control issue with my first purchase due to a chip in the inlay but Kaviso’s customer service took great care to make the exchange a smooth and easy process as i was traveling at the time. Anyway i think this is a special knife and I don’t regret my purchase.
The action is Sublime ,glass smooth . Fit and finish are super high quality I love my mini tempest with dark matter carbon fiber ,I would love to have one with shipwreck carbon as well

I absolutely love this thing. I didn't know knives could be this nice.So light, so snappy, the 80's carbon is a banger. I'm officially letting KAVISO curate my collection from now on.
I ordered the Regular Flipper Bowie variant, and could not be happier with both the knife I received and with Kaviso's service. The knife is excellent, and their communication with me has won me over - would definitely shop with them again. To all else out there who are wise enough to grab one of these with the S90V blade - congratulations, you made a wise choice.
